 TOCs must ensure that they meet all the requirements, terms, and conditions as set out in Chapters 2 to 7 of the published IM Network Statement and the published Rail Access Agreement.

Conduct Site Visits
 The TOC may organise any required site visits with the IM to physically assess the route and all key locations on the routes they wish to apply for.

Conduct Self-Screening
 The TOC must conduct self-screening to ensure that key required capabilities are verified prior to proceeding with the subsequent phases of the application process.

9. Resolve Conflicts between competing TOCs and allocate slots (IM Capacity Planning & Design)

 The TOC must first view the routes from the map and complete the application for slot to obtain approval from the IM manager.
