National Planning centre is responsive and coordinates port terminal activities across 16 terminals within the South African coastal port network

Proactive deviation management through joint coordination of supply chain activities via sister Transnet divisions i.e. Transnet Freight Rail and Transnet National Port Authority.
Training of planners in all aspects of vessel planning, yard planning, manpower and equipment rostering related to terminal operations, including our cargo operating systems viz Navis and GCOS.
