With 24 years of diverse experience, Phumi has been with Transnet Pipelines since September 2021. Previously, she managed the largest automotive terminal in Sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing terminals handling containers, bulk minerals, agricultural products, and break bulk.
She has consulted for Unilever, SAB, Ithala, and NOSA, and managed construction projects for the Department of Education and the Department of Health.
Notably, she implemented a safety culture at Transnet Port Terminals, showcasing the benefits of top management's commitment to safe operations.
